one important truth has stayed the same over time. Not just since 1989, not since the Surgeon General Report in 1964, not since cigarettes were beginning to be
mass produced at the turn of the 20th century, not since Columbus first brought Tobacco back to the old world. One truth remains constant thoughout all of
