One way that would probably be good is to get the human resources department to recognize the costs that they are incurring by their employees smoking and let them know of the free resources that we have online to help their employees to quit. I saw the issue raised in a couple of posts of how people were afraid that they would no longer be able to be as productive as ex-smokers as they were as smokers--as if smoking did something to enhance their ability to perform their jobs. This whole string shows how smoking generally negatively impacts smokers productivity.
